On March 27, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 135. 440135-42--V oI 30--61 947 I 948 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that United Construction Workers Or- ganizing Committee, Local Union 202, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all production and maintenance employees of Acme White Lead `& Color Works, - Detroit, Michigan, including truck drivers, janitors, hourly men in technical service, and print-shop employees, but excluding office workers, supervisory officials, foremen, assistant foremen, watchmen, timekeepers, and powerhouse em- ployees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bar- gaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, United Construction Workers Organizing Committee,' Local Union 202, affiliated with the Congress of -Industrial Organizations, is the ex- clusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
