The rulemaking, designated as 6-349, relating to charter schools and cyber charter schools received as a final-form regulation by the Independent Regulatory Review Commission on February 10, 2022, and approved by the Independent Regulatory Review Commission on March 21, 2022, is abolished. This section shall apply notwithstanding the date of publication of the final-form regulation in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, if this section takes effect prior to the date of publication of the final-form regulation in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, the Legislative Reference Bureau may not publish the regulation in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
