Section 230.330 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Appeal of any order to Franklin Circuit Court

Any licensee or any applicant aggrieved by any final order of the corporationmay appeal to theCircuit Court of the county in which the licensee or applicant works or resides in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
