Section 16-34-1-10 - Consent for abortion for wardship or guardianship of an unemancipated pregnant minor

If the state or an agency of the state has wardship or guardianship of an unemancipated pregnant minor, the state or agency of the state may not consent to an abortion unless the abortion is permitted under IC 16-34-2-1.
