Section 8:39-2.8 - Special long-term care services

In accordance with 8:33H-1.6, the Department recognizes the following two special long-term care services, both of which require a certificate of need: behavioral management and ventilator care. Long-term care beds that are approved for these special services shall be designated separately on the facility's license.
