Section 8:33H-1.14 - Quality of care and licensure track record requirements for long-term care, assisted living residences, programs, and comprehensive personal care homes

(a) The licensure "track record" of an applicant shall be evaluated by the Department to determine whether the applicant's proposed project may be approved. The criteria for this examination are set forth at 8:33-4.10(d).
