In an action by a subcontractor on a public improvement to enforce its mechanic's lien for materials and services furnished, defendant Ottaviano corporation appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, in favor of plaintiff, entered May 5, 1961 upon the decision of the court ( 29 Misc.2d 302), after a nonjury trial. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Ughetta, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
