Worthwhile III, Ltd. v. Florida Housing Finance Corp.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Sep 28, 2000
770 So. 2d 700 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2000)

Opinion

Case No. 1D00-2794

Opinion filed September 28, 2000.

An appeal from an order of the Florida Housing Finance Agency.

David A. Barrett, A. Dean Johnson of Barrett and Associates, Tallahassee, for Appellant.

Michael J. Glazer, C. Gary Williams of Ausley McMullen, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

We dismiss this appeal without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction. The appealed order is neither a final agency action nor a non-final agency action immediately reviewable pursuant to section 120.68(1), Florida Statutes. The appellant failed to allege that review of the final action would not provide an adequate remedy.

ERVIN, BOOTH and MINER, JJ., CONCUR.
