The appeal is DISMISSED as moot. See Insurance Field Services, Inc. v. White White Inspection and Audit Service, Inc., 384 So.2d 303 (Fla. 5th DCA 1980) (an injunction to enforce a covenant not to compete became moot when the covenant lapsed by its own terms).
