INJUNCTIONS, § 169.1when order denying motion to vacate order dismissing injunction proceeding is not erroneous. In injunction proceeding, held that dismissal order, entered on plaintiffs' motion, was in compliance with section 52 of Civil Practice Act and that trial court did not err in entering such order nor in denying defendants' motion to vacate it (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1943, ch. 110, par. 176; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 104.052).
