Order denying appellant's motion for judgment on the pleadings under rule 112 of the Rules of Civil Practice, in an action in equity to impress a trust upon real property, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ., concur.
