Appeal by defendant from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff in an action to recover damages for wrongful death. A truck of the defendant struck and killed a seven-year-old son of the plaintiff while the child was in the roadway near the intersection of two streets in Queens County. Judgment for the plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
