Ashley Moody, Attorney General, and Daren L. Shippy, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Respondent.

Per Curiam.

This appeal from an order denying a motion to reopen a dismissed circuit court appeal is treated as a petition for writ of certiorari seeking review of an order of the circuit court in its appellate capacity. See Forehand v. State , 264 So. 3d 333, 335 (Fla. 1st DCA 2019). The petition is denied on the merits. See McBride v. Vansandt , 201 So. 3d 835, 836-37 (Fla. 1st DCA 2016).

Roberts, Osterhaus, and Jay, JJ., concur.
