Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in a fall on a public sidewalk, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, Schaller, J., granted the motion for summary judgment filed by the defendant Yale University Elizabethan Club Corporation, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.
