APPEAL — Briefs — Failure to Comply With Court Rule — No Question Presented. — Where appellant's brief does not attempt to comply with the court rule concerning preparation of briefs, and does not contain any of the essential matters required by such rule, nothing is presented to the reviewing court thereby.
