TRUSTS, § 157trustee's duty to convey as directed by donor. Under trust agreement providing that donor, who conveyed real estate to trustee, should during donor's life time have control of real estate and selling thereof and should have no duty to account to trustee for proceeds of sale, that trustee would, on written direction of donor, make deeds for or otherwise deal with title to real estate, that if real estate was sold during existence of trust the proceeds should be paid to trustee to be held for purposes of trust, and that trust should be irrevocable, donor had power to direct trustee to convey real estate to donor's housekeeper in payment for past services, and trustee was bound to follow donor's direction to do so.
