This case is similar to and governed and controlled by the case of Williams v. State, No. 22550, (Page 430 of this volume) therefore, the judgment is reversed and the prosecution ordered dismissed for the reasons stated in the Williams case.
Appeal from County Court of Hidalgo County. Hon. J. C. Looney, Judge.
Appeal from conviction for violation of the Pink Bollworm Act.
Reversed, and prosecution ordered dismissed.
