ACCOUNTS STATED, § 14sufficiency of evidence. Where plaintiff on several occasions sent a statement of account to defendant, who never disputed amount claimed to be due in the statement, and who acknowledged that he owed the debt to two officers of plaintiff company, trial court properly found that there was an account stated and accepted to be true by the parties.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Will county; Hon. LUTHER B. BRATTON, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at May term, 1940.
