For the reasons this day handed down in the companion case entitled Cleve T. Smith v. New Orleans Northeastern Railroad Company, et al., Number 5841, La.App., 153 So.2d 533, the judgment of the trial court rejecting and dismissing the demand of plaintiff, Elmer L. Wheat, and the reconventional demand of defendant, New Orleans Northeastern Railroad Company, is affirmed.

Affirmed.
