Opinion

March 1, 1935.

Appeal No. 261, October T., 1934, by defendant, Daniel F. Connor, from judgment of C.P., No. 5, Philadelphia County, June T., 1931, No. 3925, in the case of Elsie Weiss, a minor, by her uncle and next friend, William Levin, v. Frank F. Farrell et al. Affirmed.

The facts in this case are precisely the same as those in the case of Anna Marmar v. Frank F. Farrell and Daniel F. Connor, an opinion in which case was handed down this day, 116 Pa. Super. 586, A. 177 225. The plaintiff in this case was another minor riding in the same car at the time of the automobile collision.
