Robert Brian Waterhouse, a prisoner under sentence of death, appeals a final order of the circuit court denying his motion for postconviction DNA testing filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.853. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)( 1), Fla. Const. Upon consideration, we hereby affirm the circuit court's order denying relief. See Hitchcock v. State, 866 So. 2d 23 (Fla. 2004).

It is so ordered.
