OPINION

PER CURIAM.

The petition for a writ of mandate, directing the respondent court to enter findings and judgment in favor of the defendant on the special findings of the jury in an action pending in said court in which K. Ito is plaintiff and petitioner herein is defendant, is denied on the ground that such special findings are too general, vague, uncertain, indefinite, and incomplete to support the judgment. Hall v. Mitchell, 59 Cal.App. 744, 748, 211 P. 853.
