Affirmed as to the granting of the directed verdict, on the authority of Osborn v. Johns, 468 So.2d 103 (Ala. 1986). Affirmed as to the propriety of the jury instructions, on the authority of Wallace v. Alabama Power Co., 497 So.2d 450 (Ala. 1986), and Rule 51, A.R.Civ.P.

AFFIRMED.
