DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to dismiss or for extension of time to file and serve brief of respondents.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal taken from the order of Supreme Court dated May 11, 2015 is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal taken from the order of Supreme Court dated July 17, 2015 is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to the issue involved being raised upon argument of the appeal, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve the brief of respondents is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to September 6, 2016.
