For the reasons given in Guillot v. Sandoz, 497 So.2d 753 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1986), the judgment of the trial court finding no liability on the part of the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and the State of Louisiana is affirmed. Further, we affirm the judgment of the trial court awarding plaintiff-appellant Alvin Vice damages in the amount of $80,403.91. Vice is to pay the costs of this appeal.

AFFIRMED.
