Aaron Arteaga Garcia appeals the sentence imposed following his guilty plea to one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. Garcia's attorney has moved to withdraw pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). Garcia did not file a pro se supplemental brief.

We have independently reviewed the record and find no arguable issues for review.

AFFIRMED.
