JUDGMENT ENTRY


For the reasons stated in the Order filed February 1, 2005, it is hereby ORDERED THAT the petition for relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 be, and the same hereby is denied.

An appeal from this decision could not be takeningood faith, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) and that there is no basis upon which to issue a certificate of appealability. 28 U.S.C. 2253©); Fed.R.App.P. 22(b).
