Helicopter Textron, et al., 495 So.2d 976, #551087 on the docket of this Court, the judgment of the trial court is reversed, and the demands of the plaintiffs are dismissed. The costs both on this appeal and the trial level are assessed one-half to plaintiffs in this case as provided in our opinion in the Norris case cited above.

REVERSED.
