Action to recover damages for abuse of process and for negligence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Hammer, J., rendered summary judgment for the named defendant, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.

The appellant filed a motion for reargument which was denied.

We have carefully reviewed the plaintiff's claims in this matter and find them to be without merit. See Tucker v. American Ins. Co., 3 Conn. App. 397, 399, 488 A.2d 1278 (1985).
