FRAUD AND DECEIT, § 14promise to do future act. Where plaintiff charged that defendant induced her to deposit stock with a certain company, promising that the stock would be returned by the company upon 15 days' notice, such promise to do a future act would not ground an action for fraud and deceit.

Appeal from Circuit Court of McDonough county; Hon. RILEY E. STEVENS, presiding. Reversed and remanded. Heard in this court at October term, 1939; opinion filed January 15, 1940.
