CONVERSION, § 43sufficiency of evidence to sustain judgment for plaintiff for conversion of railroad rails. In action in trover for value of railroad rails, alleged to have been unlawfully converted by defendants to their own use, held that evidence was sufficient to sustain judgment entered for plaintiff.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Williamson county; the Hon. D.F. RUMSEY, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1944.
