In re: Mr. and Mrs. Ignace Theriot applying for certiorari, or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of St. Charles.


Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal we find no error of law in its judgment.

SANDERS, J., is of the opinion that the court erred in applying the "open country" doctrine and the writ should be granted.

SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
