Appeal from the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City (MANLEY, J.).
Suit for divorce by Donald Joseph Stritmater against Margaret Stritmater on the ground of adultery, wherein the defendant filed a cross-bill seeking a divorce on the ground of constructive abandonment based on cruelty. From a decree dismissing the complainant's original bill and granting the defendant a partial divorce under her cross-bill, the complainant appeals.
Decree affirmed.
