ORDER VACATING ORDER OF DISMISSAL
UPON the motion of the Plaintiff, Stiefel Laboratories, Inc., ("Plaintiff"), the Court being advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED that the "Order Dismissing Case Without Prejudice" is hereby vacated. Plaintiff and Defendants Galenium USA, LLC and Aswin Joesoef are granted leave to file a fully executed Stipulated Judgment and Permanent Injunction within ten (10) days. Failure to file the stipulated Judgment and permanent Injunction within 10 days shall result in dismissal. The Court will separately consider the pending Motion for Final Default Judgment Against Defendant PT Galenium Pharmasia Laboratories a/k/a Galenium Pharmasia Laboratories ("Defendant Pharmasia").
