Upon consideration of Appellant's response docketed on January 3, 2022, the Court dismisses this case. See Logan v. State , 846 So. 2d 472 (Fla. 2003) (holding that generally, a criminal defendant cannot proceed pro se while represented by counsel). The Court notes that counsel filed an amended notice of appeal in case number 1D22-0258.
