The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 147 Conn.App. 1, 82 A.3d 630 (2013), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the defendant could not prevail on his unpreserved claim that the trial court improperly excluded him from a critical stage of the proceeding when trial counsel's possible conflict of interest was discussed, because of the failure of the defendant to seek an articulation, resulting in an inadequate record on appeal?”
