CORRECTED ORDER

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-003161-16 having been submitted to the Court, and the Court having considered the same;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to the issue of whether the prosecutor elicited lay-witness opinion testimony constituting plain error; and it is further

ORDERED that the appellant may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before January 27, 2020, and respondent may serve and file a supplemental brief thirty (30) days after the filing of appellant's supplemental submission, or, if appellant declines to file such a submission, on or before February 26, 2020.
