In re Bruce Shannon applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition. Parish of Orleans.


Granted. Trial judge is ordered to reopen the hearing on the motion for new trial and permit defendant to call his witness Soto and take his testimony on the witness stand, and other defense witnesses, if any, and then to rule on the motion for new trial.
