The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 139 Conn.App. 670, 56 A.3d 995, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the trial court did not violate the defendant's constitutional right to present a defense when it precluded the defendant from introducing certain demonstrative evidence?”
