Opinion

The defendants' petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 159 Conn.App. 679, 124 A.3d 537 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court correctly conclude that there was a genuine issue of material fact as to whether the defendants' failure to inspect the decedents' apartment pursuant to General Statutes § 29–305(b) constituted a ‘reckless disregard for health or safety’ under General Statutes § 52–557n (b)(8)?”
