ORDER

It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to file a notice of petition for certification as within time (M-21) is denied; and it is further

ORDERED that the miscellaneous motion to order the Attorney General or the Office of the Public Defender to provide this Court with copies of petitioner's Appellate Division briefs and appendices (M-22) is dismissed as moot; and it is further

ORDERED that the notice of petition for certification filed in this matter is dismissed.
