ORDERED that the appellant may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before August 17, 2020, and respondent may serve and file a supplemental brief thirty (30) days after the filing of the appellant's supplemental submission, or, if appellant declines to file such a submission, on or before September 16, 2020.
