McAnarney, 70 Kan. 679, [79 P. 137], it is said by the supreme court of Kansas that "Testimony was received in regard to a shirt found outside and near defendant's house on the day after the alleged homicide and on portions of which there appeared to be a pasty stuff of a reddish cast. Attention was specifically called to this testimony in the charge of the court.
