ORDER
A petition for certification of the judgment in A-003513-17 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;
It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to the issue of whether defendant's constitutional right to counsel of his choice was violated; and it is further
ORDERED that the appellant may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before January 6, 2020, and respondent may serve and file a supplemental brief thirty (30) days after the filing of appellant's supplemental submission, or, if appellant declines to file such a submission, on or before February 5, 2020.
