Granted. Ruling of trial judge quashing information set aside; case remanded to district court for further proceedings in accordance with law. See State v. Williams, 392 So.2d 448 (La. 1980); State v. Johnson, 392 So.2d 448 (La. 1980).

DIXON, C. J., dissents. U.S. v. Lewis was decided on a question of statutory history and interpretation, not a constitutional question.
