The petition by the state of Connecticut for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 58 Conn. App. 267 (AC 19353), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that an investigative stop of the defendant's motor vehicle was not justified by a reasonable suspicion?"

The Supreme Court docket number is SC 16395.
