ORDER

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-000092-20 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that the following peremptory, expedited supplemental briefing schedule shall apply on appeal: appellant may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before November 9, 2021, and respondent may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before December 6, 2021. Should any entity wish to participate as amicus curiae, such entity shall serve and file its motion for leave to participate, together with its proposed amicus curiae brief on the merits, on or before December 6, 2021. Appellant and respondent may file answers to any motions for leave to participate, and proposed briefs in response on the merits, on or before December 27, 2021. No further submissions shall be accepted without leave of Court.
