The petition by the state of Connecticut for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 139 Conn.App. 469, 56 A.3d 724, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the prosecutor's improprieties during cross-examination and final argument violated the defendant's due process rights?”
