Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of attempt to commit murder, attempted escape from custody, and criminal mischief in the third degree, and with two counts of the crime of assault in the first degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London and tried to a jury before Leuba, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty of attempt to commit murder, criminal mischief in the third degree, and one count of assault in the first degree, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
