ORDER
The State having sought certification of the judgment in A-2065-15 and A-0556/1455/3280-16, and the Court having considered the same;
It is ORDERED that certification is granted; and it is further
ORDERED that the State may serve and file a single, joint supplemental brief not to exceed 125 pages, on or before November 25, 2019, and respondents may serve and file supplemental briefs forty-five (45) days after the filing of the State's supplemental submission, or, if the State declines to file such a submission, on or before January 9, 2020.
